ELLSA conferences have welcomed researchers, authors, and other experts in language learning and multilingual learning as keynote speakers, but the majority of workshop sessions are facilitated by teacher practitioners from international schools around the region. Resultantly, ELLSA conferences are valuable opportunities to share current, cutting edge experiences and practices within our schools that are fostering the learning of our multilingual students right now.

The #ELLSA 2026 Conference will be held March 7-8, 2026 at Saigon South International School, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Keynotes and workshops will be given by Eowyn Crisfield and Ceci Gomez-Galvez under the theme of "Centering a Multilingual Ecology".
Eowyn will also lead the first ever ELLSA Pre-Conference: "Whole School Language Practices: An Integrated Audit for School Leaders" on March 6.
