About ERGSD

High School Swimming and Diving is everything that is GREAT about sports. At the intersection of Individual and Team effort, you will find High School Swim and Dive. For any student athlete, goal setting and hard work is a great life lesson. Also, the success of the TEAM is built upon weeks and months of training together. It is our hope that we will never have to turn a student away from this program. We have tremendous support from our parents physically, emotionally and financially. Our Coaches are driven to teach and grow with everyone on this TEAM. We have an open door policy and encourage feedback. Thank you for your participation.

The Elk River Girls High School Swim & Dive team (ERGSD) is made up of girls in grades 7-12 from ISD 728 Elk River and Zimmerman High Schools and co-ops with Spectrum Charter High School. The team's home pool is Vandenberge Middle School located at 948 Proctor Ave NW, Elk River MN 55330.
