This course has contributed to reminding me to think about how to teach my students and not the classroom. It has helped me to think about all of the unique aspects that make my students individuals! The activities in this course and helped me begin reflecting on my own perspective and how it might effect how I teach. I also have been introduced to great resources that I now use in other courses and plan to use in my classroom. I think it was important for me to reflect about being a white teacher in the diverse classrooms in our country.
