Maxime, Italian Chef Reflection

Wow! Maxime was amazing! She was incredibly attention grabbing. I thought of her in our classroom as a teaching strategy of trying to get our students to use more descriptive language. "You can't use "good" as a descriptor!" Should be a "norm" in every classroom. It was also an awesome ice breaker to start off this class where we need to be real about our selves and views.
