IP's & ports

The virtual world resides on a webserver. It is possible that not all info from the server reaches the user's computer because of firewall protection, some ports might be closed at the school or institute. If you can not log in on the virtual world, please change the settings of your firewall using the list below.

Ports 3478 & 3479 - UDP - to aid in setting up voice with NAT 

Ports 5060-5062 & 6250 - UDP - for voice control signals 

Ports 12000-32000 - UDP - for voice media

Firestorm viewer on older Win 10 computers

Firestorm is compatible with Windows 10. However, if you are running Windows 10 on a system with an older Intel graphics card which does not support Windows 10 - Intel HD 2000, Intel HD 3000 or anything marked as “No” for Windows 10 on this list, you will only be able to run the 32bit versions of Firestorm even if you have a 64bit version of Windows 10. Please see this page for detailed instructions if you are running Windows 10 on an older unsupported Intel card and have problems running Firestorm.
