This service is designed to assist companies in knowing how they would score should DOT conduct a compliance review audit of their operations. This allows the carrier to take corrective action, thus allowing them to pass an audit should DOT conduct a review at some later date.
Once the audit is complete, ELITE 24/7 provides you with a report indicating discrepancies and assists in outlining a corrective action plan. Professional Safety Support can also provide a corrective action plan that, along with the company’s assistance, will bring the client into compliance.
We can audit your driver logs and provide a written management report. You choose how often you want to have your logs audited.
We ensure each of your drivers are staying within hours of service regulations set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. You don’t want an inaccurate log getting you in trouble with FMCSA. You also want to ensure your records are correct so you don’t cost your company or your clients unnecessary time from violations or uncertainty over how many more hours a driver can go. ELDs and eLogs make it easy to track this information if you know how to go about it.
ELITE 24/7 can also use eLogs and ELDs for DQ, or driver qualification files. Keeping these files current and maintaining the most up-to-date information ensures you get the best possible representation on the road and have information readily available if requested.
Provides assistance in DOT recordable accidents and monitors accident recording procedures.
Our accident program is designed to assist the client in proper recording, investigation and overall assessment of their safety program.
Our clients are provided with procedures and forms for proper record keeping from the moment the company is advised of an accident, to the investigation, and later the overall assessment to determine countermeasures the company may take to prevent accidents from occurring in the future.
At the mention of the word “taxes,” many people grow uneasy- especially business owners. With taxes, come many different regulations that can be difficult to follow. That’s why many motor carriers across the U.S. trust companies to help with their International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) activation and preparation. We can point you in the direction of the best IFTA assistance.
If you ever face a tax audit, you can be confident your IFTA assistant will have your files organized and ready for scrutiny.

At Elite 24/7, we offer a range of comprehensive programs designed to ensure the safety, compliance, and ongoing development of our drivers. Our DOT Safety Manual is a key resource that outlines all necessary federal and state regulations, helping drivers maintain adherence to legal requirements and industry standards. We also have a rigorous Drug Test Program in place, which is fully compliant with federal and state laws, ensuring that our drivers are fit for duty and working in a safe, drug-free environment.
In addition to these safety protocols, our Driver Safety Program focuses on educating drivers on best practices for safe driving, accident prevention, and defensive driving techniques. We also provide Staff Trainings for both drivers and administrative personnel, covering essential topics such as emergency procedures, vehicle inspections, and updates to industry regulations. These programs are integral in promoting a culture of safety, reducing risk, and helping our drivers excel in their roles while staying compliant and well-prepared.
