Interstate Road Tax tiered on the number vehicles you have crossing outside of the state. Required for legal interstate operation.
MC Reinstatement
Required to be filed in order to authorize a Motor Carrier Authority that has been either voluntarily or involuntarily revoked.
MC Undismissal
Required to be filed in order to restore a Motor Carrier Authority that has been dismissed by FMCSA for failure to complete the required filings.
Intrastate Authority Filings

New York - Highway Use Tax
The NYHUT is required for anyone operating in, or crossing through New York with a GVWR of 18,001 lbs or greater.
KYU - Kentucky Weight Distance
The KYU number is required for anyone operating in, or crossing through Kentucky with a GVWR of 59,999 lbs or greater.
New Mexico - Weight Distance
The NM Weight Distance is required anyone operating in, or crossing through New Mexico with a GVWR of 26,001 lbs or greater.
CAP | Corrective Action Plan
A CAP is required for anyone who has failed a Safety Audit and is looking to be placed back into service. Each plan is different and is based in your reasons for failing, what the requirements are for your operation.
Biennial Update (MCS150)
49 CFR 390.19(b)(4)
Required to be filed every two years, but filing depends on your actual DOT Number. Failure to file the biennial update will result in your number being placed Out of Service.
TxDMV Number
The TxDMV number is required to be filed for vehicles operating in Texas that require a commercial driver’s license in order to operate.
CA Number
The CA number is required to be filed for anyone operating under a USDOT number that is based in California. Prerequisite for the Motor Carrier Permit.
MCP | Motor Carrier Permit
The MCP is required to be filed for anyone operating under a USDOT Number based in California. CA number required.
HVUT | 2290 - Heavy Vehicle Use Tax
The 2290 is required to be filed for anyone operating a vehicle with a GVWR of 55,000 lbs or greater.
IFTA - Quarterly Filing
The IFTA Quarterly Filings are required to be filed at the end of each quarter for anyone with an active International Fuel tax Agreement permit/sticker.
Trip & Travel Permits
Required if you are crossing state lines with a vehicle rated for 26,001 lbs or greater, but do not have either IFTA or IRP. Only available a limited number of times per year for each carrier.

Hazmat Permit
Carriers transporting certain types and amounts of hazardous materials are required to hold a Federal Hazardous Materials Safety Permit (HMSP) issued by FMCSA. The U.S. DOT requires all motor carriers transporting hazardous materials to obtain a Hazmat Permit by filing form MCS150(B)
Hazmat Registration
Carriers and transporters of certain quantities and types of hazardous materials, including hazardous wastes, are required to file an annual registration statement with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and to pay a fee (see 49 CFR §§ 107.601 - 107.620).
