Driver: Do you charge for your service?

No! If any company ever asks you to pay for job placement, we strongly recommend that you walk away immediately. At Elite 24/7, our services are always free for drivers. We are compensated by the companies we partner with once we successfully place you with them. Our goal is to help you find a truck driving job where you feel comfortable and valued, without any hidden fees. The sooner you submit your resume or contact us, the sooner we can help you find a great job at no cost to you. 

Driver: What is your role in recruitment process?

Our role is to act as a dedicated recruiting partner for the companies we work with. They hire us to find and present qualified drivers for their open positions. We handle the recruitment, advertising, and even train companies on best hiring practices using our proprietary Hiring System. 

When you register with us, we present your application to the companies who trust us to handle their recruitment. With our extensive network of partner companies, we can connect you with more high-quality, local, long-term truck driving job opportunities than you’ll find anywhere else. 

Driver: What kind of truck driving jobs do you offer? 

We offer a full range of truck driving jobs with leading carriers across various industries. Whether you're looking for local routes, long-haul opportunities, or specialized driving jobs, we have something for you. 

About 80% of the positions we offer are long-term, full-time roles, while 20% are project-based or temporary positions, which can be ideal for drivers who enjoy variety and different types of work. Whether you're looking to retire from driving with a stable career or want to keep things fresh with new challenges, we have opportunities to fit your needs. 

How long does it take to get a job through Elite-24/7?

It depends on the type of job you are looking for, but generally 1-5 days. Our goal is to make the job search and application process quick and simple for you, while ensuring that each match is a perfect fit for both parties.

We streamline the job search and application process to ensure a fast, simple, and efficient experience for you. If you’re looking for a general freight delivery job locally, the timeline will be on the shorter end. For specialized roles, like hauling specific products or operating certain types of trailers, it may take 2 weeks. Keep in mind that timing is key—how quickly you respond to open positions can have a significant impact on your chances of landing the perfect job. 

How do I get paid?

Drivers with Elite 24/7 can be hired as either W2 employees or independent contractors (1099). W2 employees typically receive an hourly wage with benefits like health insurance, vacation days, and retirement plans. Independent contractors are usually compensated per mile, a percentage of the gross load, or a fixed weekly amount. We’ll share all the details of the compensation package before any interviews, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.  

The work week is Monday – Sunday. Timecards need to be turned in by Monday at 9 a.m. for us to be able to provide a check by Friday.

What companies do you work with?

The companies we recruit & hire drivers for include industry-leading private fleets, trucking companies, and third party logistics carriers.

To ensure that we attract the best and most experienced drivers, we only recruit for premium driving jobs that offer attractive pay, good benefits, excellent equipment and great working conditions for the driver.

Qualified drivers who come to Elite 24/7 gain access to great, hard-to-find, driver jobs that aren’t listed in job board ads.
