Updates

All elevators and automated devices filmed in NYC boroughs will consist of a title in the colors listed below:

• Cyan = Yonkers

• Blue = Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Elevators only)

• Red = Bronx

• Green = Manhattan

• Fuchsia  = Queens

• Brown = Brooklyn

• The text in the "When were electric garage doors invented?" section in the "Gates/Garage Doors" page have been shrinked to size 12, and the color has been turned white.

• "Indoor buttons", "Outdoor buttons", & "Lobby buttons" in the "elevators" page are now "Indoor COP", "Outdoor COP", & "Main outdoor COP". COP stands for "Car Operating Panel".

Trains filmed will now be color-coded too.

• All content at Park Reservoir Apartments "BLDG D & B" are now changed into "B & D" after mistakenly calling the buildings with the wrong letter. 

• Various broken links and elevator photos on the cover that have links have been on the "recommended elevators" section in the "residential/office elevators" section have been fixed. Pages have been redirected to other menu sections for a much neater appearance.

• It has been found out the electric garage doors at Park West Educational Campus consist of LiftMaster openers.

• Each electric gate and garage door category will now show how many gates were filmed. This does not apply to the same gates with a different opener.

• Some electric gate videos in the "steel electric gates" category have been moved around to blend in with the others such as "Netherland Gardens Electric Gate" being paired with "Corlear Gardens NEW Electric Gates A, B, C," and "The Ambassador Building Electric Gate (Old opener)" because of unusual buzzing. 

• More electric gate videos in the "steel electric gates" category have been moved around to blend in with the others because of unusual buzzing and same rpm.

• All MTA elevators will be moved to a different section since the subways are different from the shops.

• This section describes every single type of elevator.

• This was done due to crime levels rising.

• From "Elevator Representation" to "ElevatorTube", now this webpage is called "ElevaTransit."
