When were electric gates invented?

Electric gates have been invented in 1881, by Fred W. Watson. Originally used for railroad crossings, millions of electric gates are being installed in homes, stores, and more!

When were electric garage doors invented?

Electric garage door openers were built in 1926 by C.G. Johnson of Hartford City. The first remote-controlled electric garage door openers were built in 1931, by two different teams working independently.
