• Our vision: Catalyzing development leadership from the grassroots.

• Our Approach: Eklavya is a support system of mentorship, guidance and training for youth coming from an underprivileged background like tribals, rural, girls, first-generation college-goers, small farmers, laborers, and those who have attended previous education in vernacular language medium to get them into the premier institute of higher education. We believe higher education is kay where they can truly realize their potential. They can get knowledge and professional training that will enable them to become actors of their own development.

• We are also creating knowledge resource centers in rural areas to build interest and promote higher education among rural youth.
