The Elementary School at Ekamai International School has a large population of approximately 500 students, comprising Grade 1 to 5. There are two main buildings to accommodate these students. Each grade level consists of 5 classes.
Grade 1 and 2 classrooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Building 9, respectively. Building 9 is specifically designed to cater to the needs of younger students, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to enhance their learning experience. The classrooms are vibrant and well-equipped with age-appropriate resources, including educational toys and reading corners. Additionally, this building includes a spacious area for flag raising ceremonies and a dedicated play area. Students in Grades 1 and 2 also have their meals in the cafeteria located in this building, and it serves as the pick-up point for these students.
Grade 3 to 5 students are situated in Building 4, which also houses the school cafeteria on the ground and second floors. These classes are located on the 3rd to 6th floors of the building. Building 4 is designed to meet the unique requirements of older elementary school students. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with modern teaching aids, such as a 70-inch wide-screen TV and a computer for the teachers.
Moreover, the Elementary School has dedicated science and computer labs for subjects like ICT and Fast Forword.
