A Registered Training Institution (RTI) to Conduct Registered Energy Manager Training is an institution approved by the Energy Commission under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024 [Act 861] to conduct certified training programs for individuals seeking registration as First or Second Type Registered Energy Managers (REM). These institutions are responsible for delivering structured training and assessments in accordance with approved syllabi and requirements set by the Commission. Successful completion of RTI-conducted training is a mandatory prerequisite for REM registration, ensuring that applicants are equipped with the necessary knowledge and competencies to fulfil their roles under the Act.
