I was able to achieve a 4.0 grade point average within LMU's masters program and received the prestigious Dr. Edmundo E.F. Litton Research in Urban Education Award. This is an award which recognizes top researchers within LMU's School of Education Master's program.

While attending APU, I was a full-scholarship athlete where I successfully participated on the men's basketball team, made the Dean's List, Scholar Athlete Award, and graduated with a 3.7 grade point average.
