Getting Started

Welcome to EDUC 204! 

1. Download Microsoft Office

If you do not have Microsoft Office software on your computer, download a FREE copy of Office.

(specifically Mac people who use Pages/Keynote)

You are required to create some assignments as Microsoft Office documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

​Pages/Keynote/GDocs, etc. will receive a 0.

2. Create Your Online Textbook Account

​Homework instructions and module reading assignments are located in the online textbook. You may not share online textbooks because each student must have their own online textbook access code in order to take the midterm.

Online Textbook Account:

1. Purchase your online textbook

2. Make note of your VitalSource access code in your email from the vendor (keep it safe, you will need this to take the midterm)

3. After you purchase your online textbook, go to the VitalSource Bookshelf Login Page

4. Log in with your VitalSource credentials or create an account

5. Insure that you can access the online textbook
