Create your own physical interactive notebook page(s) that teaches others how to analyze data and make simple statements to solve one- and two-step problems using information provided by frequency tables, dot plots, pictographs, and bar graphs.

If you are not sure what an interactive notebook is, a quick google search will give you thousands of hits and ideas or use the following to get started:
