The second module follows the same format as the previous one with a brief introduction of the topic and explicitly stated learning objectives. The objectives are derived from Bloom’s taxonomy, falling under the Understanding, Application, and Analysis categories. Factors like content’s relevance to the learners, elements of Constructivism (learner-centeredness and collaboration, and Lamb’s (2005) guidelines on designing printed materials are still taken into account in the design and development of the second module. This module discusses the history of project management, the two most common project management methodologies, their phases, and their pros and cons.
