Evangelos Paspaliaris

My research interests mainly focus on the investigation of the properties of the interstellar medium, the dust attenuation and the process of star formation in local galaxies, using a wide range of multi-wavelength observations. 

Currently I am doing the mandatory military service in Greece. My last position was at the INAF - Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory, in Florence, Italy  where I worked as a Postdoctral Researcher. 

I obtained my PhD in Astrophysics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki having worked at the Institute of Astronomy, Astrophysics and Remote Sensing of the National Observatory of Athens.
