Spazi Estendibili Temporanei is a work that aims to introduce drifts, alternative spatial possibilities within environments that are by their nature completely functional and unique such as railway station connections.
Through a detournament operation, the space of the consuetudinary railway journey, otherwise predefined according to the logic of efficiency and practicality, becomes the object of reflection and attention that it would not otherwise receive as it is a simple liminal territory. The instrument of "game" and surprise (conveyed through the insertion of a Trompe-l'œil as an advertising panel) becomes in this case preparatory to the introduction of a perceptive estrangement that allows the spectator to dis-alienate himself with respect to the territories that travels and passes through every day.
Analyzing with a different gaze the characteristic territories of our "minimal daily journeys", albeit transitory, marginal and peripheral, will allow us to conceive them and reappropriate them as new places of possibility.
