New Jersey's Clean Energy Program is a statewide program that offers financial incentives, programs and services for New Jersey residents. They help you save energy, money and the environment. Best of all, they take away some old appliances for free and even give you a check!

Examples:

Get a $50 check for recycling :

• A Working Refrigerator (2 per year)

Get an additional $25 check for recycling these items when also recycling your refrigerator:

• Window AC units (2 per year)
• Dehumidifier (2 per year)

REBATES FOR BUYING NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT ITEMS:
