On the map above, there are 4 vacant properties. A commercial structure existed on 3 out of the 4 properties.
- Site #1 was the Kaplan Factory that burned down (contaminated soil)
- Site #2 is an empty lot with the circle fence across from Subway
- Site #3 is the Delta gas station (contaminated soil)
- Site #4 was Stewart's Diner
The plan with these properties is to develop them into 4-story buildings, and not take into consideration PARKING, TRAFFIC, and the NEIGHBORHOOD's OVERALL FACADE.
