We moved to Edison in 2012, one-week before Superstorm Sandy. Although we were out of power for days, we saw the community come together, and it reinforced that we had made the right decision to move into this neighborhood.

The charm of Amboy Avenue was what initially attracted us to explore this area. We loved the brick sidewalks, the trees and lamps lining the streets, the Farmer's Market, and the Mom and Pop shops. Over the years, we have became concerned with Edison Township wanting to overdevelop the area and not account for parking, overcrowding of schools, traffic, etc.

The intent of this website was simply to be Clara Barton residents and provide a resource for other Clara Barton residents to see what's going on in our neighborhood, to help our community understand the current various construction projects or issues that we are tackling and also be a forum for any future issues.

Hopefully we have created a site that is convenient to use! Reach out to let us know anything we can add!
