sojourn

For this project I have came up with a concept of sojourn which meant ‘a temporary stay’. I would like to design a pod that is mainly to study without any disturbance as I am easily distracted with my surroundings. Hence, I came up with an ideation of a bird nest where fledglings would only stay in their nest during incubation period and would never return back to their nest as soon as they are capable to fly. This ideation suits my concept well and I tried to apply the characteristics of a bird nest and translate it into my own design.
