MEDITATION IS A TECHNIQUE SUCH AS MINDFULNESS OR FOCUSING THE MIND, TRAIN ATTENTION AND AWARENESS FROM SURROUNDING. IT IS FOR ACHIEVING A MENTALLY CLEAR AND FOR EMOTION TO STAY CALM AND STABLE. IN ISLAM, THE MEDITATION COMMONLY DONE THROUGH PRAYER, RECITING AL QURAN AND REMEMBERING ALLAH BY ZIKR. BY RELATING THE ISSUE HAPPENED IN STUDIO, I CONCLUDED THAT WE NEED TO KEEP THE CONSISTENCY OF WORK IN STUDIO BY HAVING THE SUITABLE PLACE FOR COMMUNICATE, WORK AND SELF REFLECTION WHICH RELATABLE TO MEDITATION.
