Egoti is a vastly populated planet which is well known for the city of Ironstead, the capital city. Ironstead is home to the headquarters of Vactum Inc. Unfortunately, Ironstead is also full of all sorts of criminal activity.
On the less inhabited side of Egoti (with deserts and treacherous mountain-sides) there are cities few and far between. Among these cities is Delstein, the most populated of all of them (mainly because of it being near a river) Delstein is known for 3 things: Alcohol, gambling, and crime. Don't even bother asking for law enforcement, there is none. The only security one would have is the respect of the people.
