The Avali Alluminate is the very first known organized faction and/or government of the Avali race and the main one. A democratic socialist/scientific meritocracy state with isolationist practices, the Avali Alluminate seems to shy away from collaborating and cooperating with foreign companies (for good fucking reason). Instead, they simply stick to becoming self-sufficient. This, however, does not apply to other Avali factions, such as the Avali Organized Capitalist Corporatocracy (which is somehow not as bad as human-originated companies), which collaborated with a few organizations, leading to trade between resources, culture, and workforce. With how naturally social and charismatic the Avali are, they can usually be found in positions and jobs in which this trait is a need (I.e., Car/Spacecraft salesman, therapist, etc.).
((Please note, an Avali's charisma does NOT apply to a human who was born and raised in the UCoM, they are too fucking MAD to be charmed or convinced.))
Although the Avali Alluminate is seclusive and practices isolationism, they sometimes send fleets to check on the outside galaxy. One such example can be found when Nova crashes onto the moon infested with necroids whilst trying to figure out what happened upon the damned place, as ordered (L).
Avali military is somewhat comparable to humans, although most of the budget is put into spacecraft. It wasn't until the Avali Alluminate was able to get data on how effective aircraft were in providing support for infantry and bombing (thanks to the humans) that the Avali started using aircraft on a regular basis. Before this, Avali engineers deemed aircraft obsolete after making the first hybrid-aerospace vehicle the race has ever seen, before adding onto it more and more. This means that Avali aircraft are actually quite similar to human aircraft, because the YOSEF-44 (Federation Fighter Aircraft) was that scary. Avali ground forces tend to go for a ‘hit-and-run’ approach to combat, utilizing superior mobility, stealth, and radar capabilities. Avali have a less than formal chain of command, with packs assuming that the strongest and/or most experienced takes the lead. If they fall for whatever reason, the second strongest takes over. Avali infantry mainly use issued smaller and lightweight SMGs/rifles meant for quick engagements. However, mobility comes at a cost. Armored vehicles have lighter and weaker plates than those of other factions. Weapons are weaker and/or incapable of piercing through thicker armor, while their own armor is incapable of withstanding too many attacks. However, even with these drawbacks, Avali have one superior factor in their favor for most engagements:
Using their radar and reconnaissance capabilities, Avali can identify a threat and appropriately form a strategy to counter the threat. With how maneuverable and nimble ground and air forces are, a counter can be formed in record time, with enough left over to make final preparations. By the time the threat approaches, they have already been doxxed and had their bank account breached.
