Setting Up to Back-Up Your Important Work:
Click on the settings wheel icon - bottom left corner (for backing up/exporting)
For BHPS use:
Choose auto-backup, choose Google Drive, it will prompt you to login to your Google Account and click to accept access from Notability. Notability creates a folder in your Google Drive and stores all your notes in PDF format. You can view your Notability notes, but cannot edit them in Google Drive. Your notes automatically get backed up once you choose a destination. It will say backing up in the bottom left corner.
You can turn backup off from the settings icon as well.
You can use iCloud so your notes can show up on different devices.
Click on the right arrow -upper right hand corner for importing from same options.
Notability App Features:
It is a note-taking app that has a variety of features you can use to enhance your unit of study as well as store resources.
Importing into Notability App:
1. In your Mail on your iPad, find the email you sent yourself,
2. Press and hold on the PDF attachment. You will have different options to open the
attachment depending on the apps you have loaded on your iPad.
Open in Notability
3. You have options to import the document: create new note, add to this note, add to other note, cancel.
