Eco-art Advocacy
An open invitation to participate: See what's in our backyard.
See who is seeing you! We share our environment with the creatures who inhabit the landscape with us.
I developed a MALS web final project for Empire State College, Eco-art Awareness, which was designed to initiate an aware connection for advocacy between the public of all ages and their local landscapes.
Photographs and images historically form distinctive cultural contributions to influence perceptions of land, places, locales, and people to capture a defining sociological view of the Anthroposphere to relate ~intrinsic value~ within art and culture. Eco-art combined with scientific evidence may change public perceptions. Images can play a role in defining environmental ethics needed toward building awareness and collective action addressing changing ecological systems and landscapes.
The project is designed to connect Eco-artist of all ages to address our local Ecosystems. I would like to invite learning centers, organizations, you, or your org group to participate by posting your art, digital stories, and photographs. Please connect your website, to Eco-art Awareness, and share this email with your organization membership, and or friends.
