ECBN activities are decentralized in small groups. We do not have any central funding. We adopt rotating leadership, where each network member will take up a lead and coordination roles each year based on nominations. More importantly, we rely on the voluntary work of enthusiastic scholars!

The working groups (WG) help strengthen the community. The activities of this network are developed through the WGs. Online Events (OE), Outreach and Social Media(OSM), and Coordination and Organization(C&O).
