Sneak inside a real 16th-century noble palace still lived in by the de Piro family! Walk through 12 opulent rooms packed with 400 years of history. See summer/winter dining rooms, four-poster bedrooms, Chinese Room silver, and a portable chapel.
Then head underground to WWII bomb shelters carved from solid rock, Europe's largest private shelters that saved 200 people during air raids. The guided tour reveals family heirlooms, Maltese traditions, and how aristocrats lived alongside ordinary Maltese through centuries.
Student highlights: Compare lavish noble life to Knights' history you've studied. Photograph unique items like 17th-century chests or silver vinaigrettes. English support helps unpack family stories and WWII survival.
