Club Rules

> Each angler must hold their own Eastmoor Angling Club Licence.

> Each angler must hold a valid Environment Agency rod licence (ages 12 and over)

> Bailiffs may carry out licence checks so please carry it with you when fishing.

> Junior anglers below the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

> Wading is not permitted due to safety issues.

> Dispose of all waste once you have finished fishing.

> Cars must be parked in designated car parks, do NOT block gates or walkways.

>All fish must be returned to club waters.

> No transferring fish.

> Fish care to be taken seriously. Unhooking mats and adequate size landing nets to be used when fishing for carp and pike. Also carp care kits if necessary.

> No liability will be accepted by WMDC or Eastmoor Angling Club for any injury or accident sustained by its member’s, their guests or general public whilst visiting the fisheries. Members, their guests and children who enter such areas do so at their own risk. Similarly the officials of the club accept no liability for damage to or loss of property belonging to members, guest, children or the general public.

> The committee reserves the right to amend rules when necessary. This will be announced at the next AGM. Rules are then to be followed with immediate effect once announced.


FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE OFFENDER BEING BANNED FROM THE CLUB!
