School instrumental lessons – This is for only those who play instruments in ensembles. You must either take in school lessons (free) or private lessons (you pay for these outside of school time with your own teacher)
Private lesson form – those who are only taking lessons outside of school. If you take both in school and private lessons you only need to fill out the school lesson form.

6th Graders Adding Schoology – All 6th grade and new students should add EHBOA on Schoology Please see the steps below:
Go to www.beth.k12.pa.us
Select “For Students” on menu
Select Schoology
Sign in using your school email and password
Click “My Course” and “join a course”

Fees
In order to be able to operate EHBOA we ask that families pay a fee for participation. We try to keep the amount minimal while still being able to cover costs to run this non-profit program throughout the year. The fees are $60 if you are in band/color guard. They are $50.00 if you are in orchestra (you do not have a uniform to dry clean) If you are both in orchestra and band/color guard you only pay the $60.00.
If you have more than 1 child in the program you will pay the $60 fee (if in band/color guard) and then the Sibling fee which is $30. We do this to help cut the costs for parents will multiple children in the program.
You can pay the fee by check (made out to EHBOA, money order, or on the website below). Please email me with any questions.
Accessories
Students need some accessories to go with their uniform and to perform throughout the year. Please note that if your child is only in Orchestra they only need the polo. You can certainly paid by check/money order for these but please just make sure to write down what you want and the sizes.
