What is the process?
The process takes the following steps (briefly):
Gathering of information from various sources to create an initial Proposal
Discussion within the Deanery
Initial discussion with Bishop and others
Formation of a Deanery Plan
Presentation of plan to Bishop
Approval by Deanery Synod
