Fees

Early registration (until October 31st, 2025):

● Regular registration (presenting paper): 135,00 €

● EAPSA* member registration (presenting paper): 110,00 €

● Early-career researcher and student registration (presenting paper): 80,00 €

● Attendee registration (a certificate of attendance will be provided): 65,00 €

● Student attendee registration (a certificate of attendance will be provided): 50,00 €

(*The certificate of attendance is free of charge for UAM students)

(*To benefit from the EAPSA membership discount, it is necessary to pay the corresponding fee for the year 2026 before registering for the congress. This fee will grant access to all membership benefits from the moment of payment and throughout the entire year 2026.)

Late registration (From November 1st, 2025 until February 1st, 2026):

● Regular registration (presenting paper): 155,00 €

● EAPSA* member registration (presenting paper): 130,00 €

● Early-career researchers and student registration (presenting paper): 90,00 €

● Attendee registration (a certificate of attendance will be provided): 75,00 €

● Student attendee registration (a certificate of attendance will be provided): 60,00 €
