EAGLES Co-op Participation Policies/Yearly Fees

Expectations and Requirnments

Co‑op Expectations

All participants—students, parents, and teachers—must uphold moral and Godly standards while participating in and with fellow members.
Harmful, disrespectful, or disengaged behavior (including lack of preparation or sleeping in class) is unacceptable.
Dress modestly and appropriately to invite the Spirit into the learning environment.
Each parent must contribute by teaching or assisting, including support outside scheduled class days.
Teachers who are absent must arrange substitutes and provide class materials.
Avoid repeated absences; consistent participation from teachers and students is essential.
Keep sick students home; do not attend with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious rash.
Be punctual for class arrivals and dismissals.
Encourage hands‑on, multi‑sensory learning to keep students engaged and promote mastery.
Maintain cleanliness after each class and lunch:
- Wipe surfaces and return chairs
- Empty trash and tidy the area
- Sweep or vacuum if needed
Parents should help youth stay accountable for assignments to maintain a high standard of excellence.

EAGLES Academy Yearly Fees:

Registration Fee: $200.00 per family (non-refundable and due upon acceptance)

Insurance Fee: Will be covered by EAGLES for the 20026/2027 school year

Tuition: $200.00 per student (due before the first class day)

*All fees should be paid on time; (Late fee of $25.00 per student)There are NO refunds.
