Paid Access: VPN By Esender requires an active paid subscription (Monthly or Yearly) to access and connect to our global VPN servers.
Billing: All payments and renewals are handled securely via your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Cancellations: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device’s subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You agree to use VPN By Esender only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
Violating intellectual property or copyright laws.
Engaging in criminal activity as defined by UAE Law (including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes).
Performing DDoS attacks, distributing malware, or attempting to hack other networks.
Bypassing regional content restrictions in a manner that violates third-party terms of service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% server uptime, specific connection speeds, or uninterrupted service.
TechEase Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the VPN service.
Update Your Website: Ensure these updated versions are live on your Google Site or hosting domain.
Google Play Console: Go to App Content > Privacy Policy and update the URL to your new hosted page.
App Store Connect: Update the Privacy Policy URL in the App Information section.
In-App Link: Don't forget to update the "Privacy Policy" button inside your app's Settings/About menu so it points to this new version.
