Q: How do I connect to the VPN? A: Open the app, select a location from the "Network Nodes" map or list, and tap the orange Play icon. Once connected, your status will change to "Protected."
Q: Why is my connection slow? A: VPN speeds depend on your local internet and the distance to the server. Try switching to a closer server or run the built-in "Speed Test" to find the best node for your current location.
Q: My subscription isn't showing up on my iPad. A: If you purchased a subscription on your iPhone, go to the Settingstab in the app on your iPad and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync your subscription via your Apple ID.
Q: Is my data being logged? A: No. We follow a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not monitor, record, or store any of your browsing activity or connection timestamps.
If you are unable to connect:
Ensure you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Cellular).
Check that you have granted VPN Configuration permissions when prompted by iOS.
Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off to reset your network settings.
Ensure you are not already connected to another VPN service.
