Account Data: If you choose to sign in via Google, Apple, or Email, we utilize Firebase Authentication to store your email address and display name. This is used solely to manage your subscription and account access.
Subscription Data: We process subscription status (Monthly/Yearly) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Technical Data: We may collect non-identifiable technical information (e.g., app version, OS version, device model) to ensure compatibility and improve app performance.
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate:
Firebase (Google): For secure authentication and real-time database management.
ip-api.com: To display your current connection information (IP and Location) within the app interface.
App Stores: To process secure payments and manage subscription lifecycles.
In compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2025 on Child Digital Safety, VPN By Esender is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it immediately.
