Role's and Responsibilities

1. To prepare the list of HRGs required welfare scheme.

2. To collect the application from HRGs based on welfare scheme ( the filled in application must contain all the supportive documents copy with photos).

3. To submit the application through DAPCU (Single window system).

4. To track the application status with DPACU.

5. To ensure the follow up on status.

Frequency of Meeting to be held: Once in three months
