Role's and Responsibilities

1. PM and M&E to be submitted last three months overall performance report to the committee members.

2. Share the next three months action plan. indicators wise by the PM.

3. To share the achievement vs gap analysis report.

4. Committee members should identify the gaps and prepare the strategy for to overcome the gaps.

5. To Analysis reasons for low performing staffs areas.

6. To ensure the team to run the program on track.

7. Members have to analysis and develop strategy for to decline of HIV/AIDS and STI infection.
