Role's and Responsibilities

1. To ensure the quality of service up take.

2. To Track the PLHIV CD4 & Viral Load count and provide appropriate services

3. To facilitate counselling and testing of spouse/childrens/partners of the PLHIV

4. To ensure the ART adherence.

5. To address the stigma and discrimination on time.

6. To facilitate the need based social welfare scheme linkages.

7. To reduce the lost to follow up.

8. To coordinate the conduction of last rights.

9. To make the linkages with nutrition supplementary schemes/mobilize the resources.
