InDesign

My thought process while making this was to imagine myself as a middle school or high school student who had been given a textbook and had to write a research paper about green turtles; this way I'd make it more fun and creative for myself. This piece had initially been a little challenging, as I had never used InDesign before but as I continued to use it, it reminded me of my senior year of high school when I had worked for my school's newspaper and for the yearbook committee which had the same process. This was actually a very fun project, especially after the technical things; creating my own design and colors was fun. I liked how it neatly came together in the end and genuinely looked very professional -- as if it had just come out of a textbook! I wanted to keep the colors and design very simple since it was more educational than visual. Overall, my design came out exactly how I imagined it.
