Submissions

Submissions are possible in one of the following ways:

• Minisymposia,

• Contributed presentations (oral or posters).

For each submission, a separate registration is required. No conference participant will be allowed more than one minisymposium/contributed talk. The individual contributions will be classified by related subject and grouped into sessions. The anticipated duration of oral presentations is 20 minutes plus five minutes for questions.

As in previous events, the 2023 Dynamics Days Europe conference will continue the long-established and fruitful tradition of poster presentation/discussion. Posters give the opportunity of longer and in-depth interactive discussions than short talks. Hence, a high standard of poster preparation and presentation is expected. Young researchers are particularly encouraged to contribute to the posters sessions. As always, there will be awards for the best five poster presentations. 

We are happy to announce that also for this year, CHAOS, a not-for-profit journal from AIP Publishing will sponsor the "Dynamics Days Europe Young Researcher Award for best Poster Presentation" (There will be 5 Awards).

Also, this year, Cambridge University Press, will sponsor the "Dynamics Days Europe Young Researcher Award for best Oral Presentation". (There will be 3 Awards).

SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR MINISYMPOSIA PROPOSALS: April 14, 2023

Minisymposia organizers can schedule up to three sessions, with 5 speakers per session. The organizer(s) of the minisymposia are responsible for inviting the participants and for carrying out the review process of the submitted abstracts. Prospective organizers are asked to provide by April 14 the title of the suggested minisymposium, a description, a list of speakers and the abstracts of their talks.

With your submission, please include the following information:

• Title and Abstract (up to 350 words) of Minisymposium

• Organizer(s): name, affiliation, e-mail address

• List of Authors: name, affiliation, e-mail address

• Abstracts of the presentations (up to 400 words) in the Minisymposium

Contributed Talks

Each contributor must submit a title and a brief abstract, not to exceed 400 words.

Posters

Please prepare the Posters so that the dimensions will be A0 (841 x 1189 mm). Each contributor must submit a title and a brief abstract, not to exceed 400 words.

With your submission, please include the following information:

• Preference: Oral presentation or Poster

• Title

• Presenting author: name, affiliation, e-mail address

• Each co-author: name, affiliation, e-mail address

• Abstract (400 words or less)

Please, prepare your abstract for Oral presentation or Poster according to the following LaTeX template for contributed talks/posters

Please name the LaTeX file with the last and first name of the author presenting the work ; e.g., Kelly_Robert.tex

 Submission Details

You can choose from minisymposium, individual oral or poster presentation, and then you submit via e-mail all the following information:

1. Name of the author presenting the work

2. Topic(s)

3. Type of submission (minisymposium or individual oral/poster presentation)

4. The corresponding *.tex file from the templates provided (attached)
