Final Notices

Dear DDE23 Participant,

The DDE23 is fast approaching!  

We have now finalized the program.

Please read carefully the information below:

1. Please, review the online program to review your name and presentation title. If changes are required, email us by Friday, 13:00, September 1, 2023.

2. The Book of abstracts will be available soon before the start of the conference and will be available online.

3.  If giving an oral presentation, speakers are responsible for providing their own laptops. The projectors support both VGA and HDMI connections. Presenters requiring an alternate connection must provide their own adaptor.

4. For the regular sessions, the chairmen/chairwomen will be the first and last speakers of each session.

5.  If giving a poster presentation, please review the guidelines (the required format in A0 portrait). Poster presenters will not be able to use any additional audio-visual equipment.
