Registration Fees

We will continue the long-established tradition of Dynamics Days Europe as a non-profit academic initiative to keep registration fees low, down to, or even below, the cost of the organization, thus seeking sponsorships mainly from the local University and Research institutes, but also from other scientific societies, to encourage especially young researchers to attend and participate in the conference. Furthermore, depending on such sponsorships, there will be limited funds to support (with a reduction in the registration fees) young researchers (PhD students and Post-Doctoral researchers who have received their PhD within the previous 2 years) especially from countries with low and lower-middle income economies.

• The deadline for requests for financial support has by May 31 expired.

• Early Bird Registration: May 8 May 10-June 19, 2023: 240 EURO (students), 360 EURO (regular academic), 600 EURO Sponsorship (Journals/industry representatives). The above fees already include VAT.

• Late Registration: June 20-July 31, 2023: 290 EURO (students), 430 EURO (regular academic), 700 EURO Sponsorship (Journals/industry representatives). The above fees already include VAT.

Student registration will be available for undergraduate and graduate/PhD students only. Early and late registered students must show a current student ID (or equivalent certificate/transcript) upon checking at the registration desk. The student rate is not available to Post-Doctoral researchers. 

Conference Registration Fee Includes: 

• 2 coffee-tea breaks,

•  "Light" lunch every day with traditional Neapolitan/Italian food, 

• Welcome reception on Sunday, 3 September at 18:30-21:30 with Italian "Aperitivo" / snacks.

• Admission to all technical sessions, 

• Conference kit.

The Social Dinner is not included in the registration fees (will be announced soon). 

Please Note: All speakers must pre-register before June 19, 2023. 

Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register at a higher rate.
