We are an all volunteer run tennis club and are very fortunate to have a very active, community minded and sociable membership that represents all age groups and variety of skill levels.  

We have two tarmacadam courts situated at the back of Foakes Hall,  Stortford Road, Dunmow, a clubhouse with seating and refreshments, and there is a large adjacent car park.

There is social tennis at Club Night every Monday evening and a variety of social events and fun tennis throughout the year.  We also have 6 teams competing in the  Essex Small Clubs league and 2 teams in the Halstead and District league.   More details can be found via our "Tennis" page.

We hold also hold five charity fun tournaments throughout the year, together with winter and summer club championships. There are also regular Fish n Chips nights which combines social tennis with a fish supper.   We also like to participate in other social activities too;  quiz nights, wine tasting, annual members dinner amongst other things.  See our annual events calendar on the "News and Events" page.

Tennis is a great activity for all ages and especially welcome junior members.   We offer very affordable membership rates.  Please check out our "Membership" page for more details.  Our tennis membership year starts on 1 April.
