Professional Growth Plan
Educational Growth Plan:
In the Summer 2018, I completed courses in EDTC - 801, EDTC - 802, EDTC - 803.
In the fall 2018, I completed courses EDTC - 804 and EDTC 805
I interrupted doctoral studies from 2019 to 2021, nonetheless, during this frame time I practiced with my writing. I read various books and articles, and I published some work in different journals (few of them reputable and some of them non reputable journala).
In the Spring 2022: I enrolled and completed EDTC - 806 and EDTC - 807.
In the Summer 2022: I attended three courses EDTC - 808, EDTC - 813, and EDTC - 814, and I completed all three couses.
In the Fall 2022: I attende two course EDTC - 809 and EDTC - 815 and I completed them.
In the Spring 2023: I attnded two courses EDTC - 810 and EDTC - 816, and I completed them.
To Complete All Courses With At Least A Passing Grade.
To Search and find a great theme for my dissertation that attracts my interest and is acceptable to my professors and employers.
To Complete And Defend the Dissertation Successfully.
My goal in the next 10 years of my professional work centers according to the statements as follow in the list below:
Enhance my research work to a possible higher level.
Sharing my experience with mystudents, teaching staff, and my community, and school district.
Internationally, I am collaborating with the University of Business and Technology in Kosovo, and I participated in two small conferences in Canada and Italy. I have already participated in six conferences and I will participate in many more to come.
Increasing the number of citations of my publications in the google scholar and semantic scholar. Right now, Some of my aricles are part of the Google Scholar with 47 citations, and the Semantic Scholar with 16 citations, and 1 citation (https://countercurrents.org/2022/03/transforming-the-world-engineering-humanity-a-soft-science-view-of-hard-science/) is not identified in any Semantic nor Google Scholar.
I expect another article of mine is going to be better than Creativity in Modern Education (43 citations) and surpass it with the citations or with contribution in teaching and learning articles or any other educational field. I strive to publish my work in a reputable journal.
I will keep in touch with my classmates and my classmates and my professors in NJCU with any update in my professional area.
I will enrich my youtube channel with the experience from NJCU,and I will explore challenging mathematical examples - hopefully, I will publish them in my channel.
I will explore issues that students have with learning mathematics effectively, especially setbacks on grasping concepts in algebra.
I will analyze students successes and setbacks in the learning outcomes; I will observe variables that lead or mislead to the successful learning outcomes.
