College Teaching
My teaching has centered on curriculum leadership, with a strong emphasis on how school leaders support instructional coherence, teacher supervision, and equitable access to rigorous learning. I’ve taught graduate-level courses in curriculum leadership, TESOL, and the supervision of instruction, preparing candidates to lead diverse schools with a focus on multilingual learners. I’ve also taught courses on managing school resources — covering budgeting, staffing, and strategic operations — and facilitated fieldwork and internship seminars where aspiring leaders apply theory to practice. More recently, I’ve led sessions on artificial intelligence in education, guiding school leaders to explore its use in planning, instruction, and ethical decision-making.
