RETINAL DETACHMAENT

There are two main layers of retina. Retinal pigment epithelium and neurosensory retina. Retinal detachment refers to separation of these two layers.

RD can be by formation of hole in neurosensory retina called Rhegmatogenous RD or caused by traction over retina called tractional RD and by accumulation of fluid between two layers without a hole or traction called exudative RD.

Question: What are different types of RD.
