I use an integrated trauma-informed, person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. I often incorporate evidence-based interventions from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, gestalt therapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy, experiential family therapy, structural family therapy, and addiction-focused treatment.
I offer individual psychotherapy to help clients navigate various challenges included stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative, paced to your goals, and focused on providing practical strategies and support while honoring your lived experience.
Sessions are provided via telehealth throughout the State of Georgia, as well as in-person through Hawks Nest Counseling, LLC in Lula, Georgia.
